The balance is due either as cash/cheque on the day of the event
If the booking is cancelled by the client or a third party 28 days or more before the day of the performance, half the fee shall be payable; should such a cancellation occur fewer than 28 days before the day of the performance, the full fee shall be payable. Agreements made by phone, post or email are binding unless cancelled in writing within 7 days, irrespective of whether the client(s) has countersigned them and are governed by English Law
